Published client results dataset
A machine readable record of the individual outcomes stated in Provena case studies.
How to read this dataset
Each row represents one published case study and preserves the exact headline metric and label stored by Provena. The engagements cover different markets, goals and time periods. This small observational set is not a benchmark, forecast or promise of future performance.
The source record is the linked case study. The CSV is generated from that same data during every production build, so the download and visible table cannot drift apart.
Dataset methodology
This methodology defines what the public files can and cannot support. It was last reviewed on 24 August 2026.
Unit of observation
One row represents one published client case study. A company can have several outcomes in its case study, but the dataset preserves the single headline metric selected for that public record.
Inclusion rule
A record is included only when its case study is public and present in the same production data used to render the website. Draft engagements, private client records and internal campaign rows are excluded.
Metric definitions
Metric wording is preserved from the source case study. Qualified lead, booked meeting, call, pipeline and revenue are not treated as interchangeable measures and are not combined into one benchmark.
Time and currency
A time window or currency appears only when the source case study states it. Currency values remain in the unit shown by that case study. Missing values are not inferred or converted.
Attribution boundary
The dataset reports outcomes attributed in the published case study. It does not establish causation, control for other sales activity or predict what another company will achieve.
Update and correction rule
The last updated field comes from the source record. A correction to the source data changes the visible table, the CSV and the page schema during the same production build.
Lifetime figures used elsewhere on this site are cumulative internal operating totals. They are not calculated from this six record public dataset and should not be treated as independently reproduced by it.

How to cite this dataset
Cite the dataset page for the collection and the linked case study for an individual outcome. Keep the metric label, observation period and limitations attached so a lead, meeting, pipeline figure and revenue figure are never presented as interchangeable.

The CSV is convenient for spreadsheets. The JSON distribution preserves channels and limitations as arrays for analysis and agent retrieval.
